Super Eagles Captain Ahmed Musa has condemned killings in the country, particularly, the recent killings in Bokkos, Plateau State which left scores of people dead in it’s wake.
Taking to his official X handle, Musa said “The recent killings in Bokkos, Plateau State—where women, children, and innocent lives were brutally taken—are a painful reminder of how far we’ve strayed from our shared humanity. This should never be normal.
“Today, it’s the North. Tomorrow, it could be the South. Today, it’s a Muslim. Tomorrow, it could be a Christian. Violence does not discriminate—and neither should our compassion or our outrage.
“What happened to humanity? When did we become numb to the suffering of others just because they don’t look like us, worship like us, or speak like us?
“We must unite. We must speak up. Not for tribe or religion—but for life.”
Suspected killer herdsmen allegedly descended on Bokkos and neighboring communities at the wee hours leaving death and destructions in their trail.
