There was an electrifying moment of joy at the weekend when a Frontline monarch and Dein of Agbor, His Royal Majesty (Dr) Benjamin Ikenhukwu, Keagborekuzi 1, paid a rare visit to Oza Community.
The community is part of the ancient Agbor kingdom which is under the jurisdiction of the Dein dynasty started about 1270 AD.
The Dein was accompanied by ndi ichen( elders) of Agbor and the Idibo Dein Chiefs.
The visit was historically significant as the Dein blessed his subjects and advised them to live in harmony .
He urged them to work for unity and development of the community.
The Oza Community went into frenzy as soon as their monarch arrived .
They rolled out the drums to celebrate him.
The men, women and the youths came out in large numbers to welcome their traditional ruler.
The Agbor monarch routinely visits communities under his domain to interact with them especially on tradition and culture .
Such engagement offers opportunity to review the past and suggests ways to bring developments.
